I know< we have the technology. Have engineers the world over just given up? I’d love to have a small droid running around the house…he would be constantly wifi connected, so I could use my phone to give him commands and see through his little electric eyes. He could vacuum, dust, carry laundry baskets up and down stairs, be a guard dog, even complex things like scrubbing sinks might be easy to do.
This can’t be that hard! 
Just got a new DSLR: a Canon “Rebel” T2i.
In desperate need of something decent with which to shoot some video, I finally plunked down some change and got myself a good, solid camera. Though its a still camera, the T2i is fantastic at handling full HD video.
Now its just a matter of getting used to using it.
My usual thing is realistic art, but sometimes you have to branch out a bit. This was a suggestion by a fellow G+ user (she loves zombies) and I thought it might be an interesting subject for a kind of cartoony, pin-up style. I’m pretty pleased with how it turned out.
